What is life coaching, exactly?
Life coaching is a structured, ongoing conversation focused on where you are now and where you want to go. It's forward-looking and action-oriented — less about analyzing the past, more about building your next steps.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing and mental health. Coaching focuses on growth, direction, and action for people who are generally doing well but want more clarity, accountability, and momentum. If I think therapy would serve you better, I'll say so.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions run 60 minutes. The discovery call is shorter, at 20 minutes, and is free.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. Most clients start with a single session or the 3-month package, which includes weekly sessions and support between calls. See the Services page for details.
What's your cancellation policy?
